Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, helping with tracking, delivery status, and billing questions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently using FedEx’s internal systems.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone during each chat interaction.
Document customer inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Handle customer complaints and escalations as needed, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Atlanta, GA, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, especially written communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
