FedEx is hiring Part-Time Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representatives based in Kansas City, Missouri. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while assisting customers with their shipping inquiries. As a Live Chat Representative, you will help customers track their shipments, resolve issues, and provide information about FedEx services in real-time.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll support customers through FedEx’s live chat platform, answering questions about tracking, delivery status, billing inquiries, and other FedEx-related concerns. This job requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, assisting with shipment tracking, delivery status, and billing.
Utilize FedEx’s internal systems to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout each chat interaction.
Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes.
Address and resolve escalated customer complaints as needed.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
