Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all communications with customers
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly find information to answer customer inquiries
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
- Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver a positive customer experience
