Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Coca-Cola products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor chat conversations and follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
