CATIE (Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center) is seeking a professional Live Chat Customer Service Representative to enhance our client engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via live chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues. Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products and services.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in live chat support, is highly desirable.
