Responsibilities
?? Manage live chat conversations with customers, providing quick and accurate responses
?? Identify and assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and recommendations

?? Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
?? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
?? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
?? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
?? Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software
?? Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
?? Ability to adapt to changing procedures and follow established guidelines
?? High school diploma or equivalent
