Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through live chat channels
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and general inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
Requirements:
- Resourceful and confident personality traits
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creativity in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Proficient in typing and using live chat software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a plus
