As a Live Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Β Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information.
Β Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.
Β Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Β Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Β Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement.
Desired Qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus.
Β Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Β Previous customer service experience would be beneficial.
Β Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software.
