We are seeking a Live Chat and Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Ā Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Ā Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Ā Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Ā Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
Ā Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Ā Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services
Requirement
Ā Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ā Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Ā Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
Ā Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.81 - $18.92 per hour
