Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by FNA Concrete Design. • Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the purchasing process. • Resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in our system. • Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify upselling opportunities. • Monitor and analyze chat traffic to improve response times and service quality. • Must be based in the USA. • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in live chat support or related customer service roles is preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus. • Proficient with computer systems and basic software applications.
