Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
Experience with customer service software and live chat platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
PAY RATE: $21.99 - $32.99 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
