About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Support team in a remote, work-from-home (WFH) capacity. This hourly, full-time position is focused on providing exceptional real-time assistance to customers via live chat in English. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience, all while contributing to our organization's reputation for outstanding service.

What You'll Do
• Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues.
• Exhibit a customer-centric attitude by prioritizing customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex inquiries when needed.
• Maintain an accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in designated systems for reference and data analysis.
• Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and proper chat etiquette.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company's values and ensuring a positive image through all customer interactions.

Qualifications
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and tone.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a live chat or text-based environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple simultaneous chats with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle diverse customer concerns.
• Familiarity with live chat software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working varying shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required by the business.

The pay range for this role is:

20.19 - 32.18 USD per hour(Remote (Pueblo, Colorado, US))
