Live Chat Agent - REMOTE (P-T & F-T) Day and Night Shift

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Agents to provide real-time support to customers via online chat. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts, and availability for both part-time and full-time work.

As a Live Chat Agent, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities
• Customer service–oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer skills and comfort using chat platforms and CRM tools
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or support roles
• Familiarity with online customer support tools
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
