Duties

⢠Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
⢠Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
⢠Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer data efficiently.
⢠Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions when necessary.
Skills
⢠Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
⢠Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
⢠Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
⢠Proficient computer skills including typing speed and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
⢠Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
⢠Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus.
