Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
ā¢ Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
ā¢ Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
ā¢ Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
ā¢ Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
ā¢ Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
ā¢ Previous experience in a call center or client services environment is preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
ā¢ Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
ā¢ Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
ā¢ A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
