Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and order management.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback to help improve service delivery.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer interactions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service preferred.
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or online environment.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
Familiarity with Balian Springs' products and services is a plus.
