Litigation Paralegal

Corr Cronin is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its team of litigation professionals. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented and works well both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment while managing a range of litigation and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, third party subpoenas, records stipulations, affidavits, and interrogatories.
• Factual research related to case specific issues.
• Prepare requests for records to public agencies and manage records received.
• Summarize discovery materials and draft related chronologies.
• Participate in clients and witnesses’ interviews and prepare summaries of the statements.
• Assist legal teams with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
• Work with vendors to collect and manage records.
Corr Cronin offers competitive compensation and great benefits as well as a collaborative work environment (whether we’re in our iconic office at the Federal Reserve Building in downtown Seattle or working remotely). The salary range for this position is $72k – $78k based on qualifications, experience, and skill. Employees are eligible for an annual year-end bonus.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as paid parking or transit costs. The firm provides a 401(k) retirement and savings plan, which includes a safe harbor provision and matching. Employees will also earn two weeks of paid vacation, two weeks of paid sick leave and nine paid holidays annually. Position is hybrid 3:2 office/remote.
