About the Role As Temu continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Litigation Counsel to help handle our high-stakes litigation and government investigations in the US. Key Responsibilities Handle and manage outside counsel's work relating to US federal and state litigation matters, including strategy support, pleadings, discovery, and resolution. Handle and manage outside counsel's working relating to government or regulatory investigations and inquiries. Provide legal analysis and advice on litigation risk, and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments. Collaborate with internal teams to help manage and reduce potential disputes. Qualifications 5+ years of substantive litigation experience, including exposure to regulatory or government matters. Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent. Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to manage multiple complex matters. Experience managing fact and expert discovery, ad preparing company witnesses for depositions and testimony. Compensation & Benefits The total salary for this position ranges from $350,000 to $550,000 annually, and the salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills, ensuring a competitive and attractive offer.
