Responsibilities Conducting complex legal research and analysis into nuanced areas of law, industry regulations, and practices utilizing an AI-driven Lexis™ platform Drafting motion papers, pleadings, discovery documents, etc. related to commercial litigation and ethics defense Managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation assignments in the federal and state courts in a variety of jurisdictions Managing a caseload of attorney ethics defense assignments for matters pending in the tri-state area Skills JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school (PLEASE NOTE: A Master of Laws degree that was earned instead of a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school is not a sufficient substitute.)
