We are accomplished, experienced and credentialed class action practitioners, and we represent our clients in consumer protection, false labeling, unfair and deceptive practices cases as well as data privacy, technology and security matters including, but not limited to, data breaches, pixel tracking and claims under various consumer protection and privacy-related statutes.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
Position Overview
We seek a talented, self-starter litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to contribute to precedent-setting class action litigation. This role offers hands-on experience in complex, high-stakes matters alongside a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in state and federal courts
• Develop legal theories to support class certification and liability
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and expert coordination
• Support class action settlement negotiations and claims processes
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 2–5 years of litigation experience with complex civil cases
• Central District of California located highly encouraged to apply
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Team player who knows how to take initiative and ownership over cases
