We are looking for ?seasoned? kitchen professionals to join our staff. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as the ability to lead others is a must. Our Line Cooks will follow the direction of our Chefs to prepare dishes that will delight our guests!

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
? Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks
? Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
? Enjoy providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
? Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
? Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
? Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
? Good sense of taste and smell
? Knowledge of a second language is a plus
