You'll be responsible for the whole process from user segmentation to personalized messaging to experimentation. Yes, email will be in the mix, but we have big plans for SMS, WhatsApp and in-product notifications.You’ll be part of a team of 5, working closely with product teams and making a real change in how we work in 2025.Sounds like a career opportunity you’ve been seeking? Connect with your team: Gerda Kalpokaite Lifecycle TL Your day-to-day Multi-channel communications: Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal.Lifecycle campaigns: Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and target audiences.Test & learn: Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance.Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals.Customer journeys: Map out journeys that make sense - move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging.
