We’ve been featured across top tier outlets such as the New York Times, Fast Company, TechCrunch, VOGUE, Wall Street Journal, Inc., and more.The Role:The Growth Marketing team is seeking a part-time, temporary, Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support the strategy & execution of our Email/SMS marketing efforts.nResponsibilities:Own outgoing Email and SMS communication for retention and acquisitionManage Email & SMS campaign calendar and ensure a smooth process from campaign scoping to segmented sendsManage Klaviyo, our ESP and SMS platformDevelop briefs and work in collaboration with the Brand and Creative team to develop engaging emailsReport on key Email/SMS metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategiesQualifications:1-2 years of lifecycle marketing experience. Startup & DTC experience preferredDeep understanding of Email & SMS (flows, campaigns, cross-sell/upsell, customer segmentation, etc.). Experience in Klaviyo required.Experience with Figma and project management tools, Notion and Asana preferred.Detail-oriented and a fast learner comfortable wearing many hatsConsistently takes initiative and has a relentless desire to optimize & improve metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassionate about the environment and sustainability and interested in Blueland’s missionnThe hourly range for this position is $50-$55/hour. This is a part-time role at 20 hours/week.
