Duties

Ā Attend consistent and on-going training via in-person and webinar platform
Ā Attend a leadership training
Ā Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Remotely
Ā Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Ā Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Ā Expand business reach through networking techniques
Ā Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Ā Track and identify areas for improvement
