SALES AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We will mentor you, coach you, and prep you for your role within our brokerage company. We have a qualified in house lead system; no need for cold calling or depending on friends and family.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LIFE INSURANCE BROKER
Ā Must be state licensed; if not currently licensed we will help you through that process
Ā Be willing to be trained in our system
Ā Preferred: A track record of success in financial services and similar sales industries
Ā Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week
Ā Daily In person client meetings
Ā Daily communication with managers to ensure success
Ā Quarterly business conference attendance paired with continuous training
INCOME
Average first year income for our new life insurance agents is 75-95k; however, there is no cap and some make well over 100k their first year.

Ā Strictly commission based
Ā Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
