Life Insurance And Annuity Adviser
Preferred Choice Financial Group currently has an opening for enthusiastic, caring and outgoing professionals looking to take their first step in a career as a life insurance and annuity adviser. We work with the industry leaders to create protection plans for people, employers, employees, and families to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Be able to communicate effectively and always work in the best interest of the client.
ā¢ Form long-lasting relationships
ā¢ Promote life and annuity products through a variety of sales campaigns.
ā¢ Manage inbound calls as well as create and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
ā¢ Demonstrate proficiency in case design, sales skills, and cross-selling skills.
ā¢ Pro-actively contact, screen and qualify appointed life & annuity insurance agents to determine sales opportunities.
ā¢ Be skilled at presenting in both small and large group presentations.
ā¢ Capture all activity into CRM
ā¢ Up to 25% travel required but may require more.
Qualifications: Does this sound like you?
Education & Experience
ā¢ 1-3 years of financial services experience or equivalent education.
ā¢ 3+ years of business development experience.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree.
ā¢ Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience as well as use technical skills and people skills, on the phone and in person, to build relationships and help grow sales.
Preferred Credentials
ā¢ Bilingual.
ā¢ Life and Health Licensed or ability to become licensed.
ā¢ CLU, ChFC, CFP designations or desire to work toward industry designation to develop subject matter expertise with company assistance.
