Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN/LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Monitoring patients for any changes in condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Ensuring infection control measures are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of patient care protocols.
Qualifications: To qualify for the position of LVN/LPN, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Completion of a state-approved vocational nursing program and current licensure as an LVN/LPN.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to provide quality care to those in need.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
