They are seeking a Licensed Transaction Coordinator who will coordinate real estate deals, manage paperwork, and support agents to ensure a smooth home-buying and selling process for clients.ResponsibilitiesYou'll take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to closeWith agent oversight, you'll manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-upCoordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendorsManage all paperwork related to the transaction. Draft addenda as needed, process disclosures and ensure our file is completeYou’ll proactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working style and take care of our clients at every step in the home-buying and selling experienceMinimize clients' stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to their questionsWork in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities while using your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to inform clients about activities related to listing their homeEnsure all contractual deadlines are met; alert all parties when a deadline is at risk, and proactively mitigate that risk when within your control to facilitate an on-time closingDrive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets our gold standard of service excellenceSkillsA real estate license is requiredOne year of customer service experience is requiredExcellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skillsClear and concise verbal and written communicationProficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies (Google suite, Redfin proprietary tools)Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties requiredCalm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clientsExperience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of accountability for the agent and client experienceYou pride yourself on saving the day!
