Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted full license in one of the following:

OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered)

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
ā¢
Provisional, temporary, or supervised licenses are NOT eligible

Bilingual English/Spanish therapists strongly encouraged to apply

Join our virtual therapy practice providing specialized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to clients dealing with pain management and stress following accidents. Help bridge the mental health gap in Spanish-speaking communities through culturally responsive care. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions using secure video platforms
ā¢
Deliver cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy
ā¢
Focus on pain management and stress recovery following accidents
ā¢
Complete therapy sessions (45 minutes each client) and 15-minute documentation within allocated time
ā¢
Maintain professional standards in a virtual environment
ā¢
Provide culturally competent care to diverse client populations

Must have a private space for client sessions

Professional fluency in reading, writing, comprehension, and documentation of clinical information

Access to secure technology platform available
Schedule & Compensation:

This position does not require full-time commitment (You can maintain your current job and work part-time/PRN)

Work as needed as an independent contractor

Competitive hourly compensation: $45-75/hour based on experience

Each billable hour = 45 minutes client session + 15 minutes documentation
