About Miami Counseling and Wellness, Corp
We're a private practice located in Miami, FL. The main office is in The Roads area (around Coral Way and 12th ave, right in the middle of Brickell and Coral Gables). We're a boutique private practice where our top priority is the client experience. We only accept clients who are a good fit for our therapists. This increases client success and our therapists' satisfaction with the work they do. We believe in setting our therapists up for success by providing relevant continuing education, supervision, and monitoring of caseload. Since we only work with private pay and private insurance, the paperwork is minimum and our time is mostly spent on direct client contact. All our clinicians have hybrid positions. They come into the office to see clients who prefer in-person sessions 2-3 days/week and work from home, seeing clients who prefer online sessions 2-3 days/week. Our intake coordinator schedules the first client's appointment (based on your availability) and you manage your schedule thereafter. All our clinicians start out part-time and typically get 1-2 additional clients each week. Any new clinician could expect a full caseload within 3 months of employment. We consider a full caseload of 25 clients per week. Our approach to psychotherapy is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic. We specialized in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues with scientifically proven interventions to help you heal and thrive. The journey towards authenticity and connection often requires emotional healing and breaking unhealthy, repetitive patterns that keep us stuck. Qualifications:
• Licensed in the state of FL as a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist.
• 4 years of clinical experience.
• Able to work 4-8pm 3x week and or Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Spanish speaking and any trauma based intervention training a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• $50-$70/hr
• W2 employment
• Phone stipend
• 1 week of paid vacation/year
• $200/year towards CE
• Hybrid position: 2-3 days from home and 2-3 days in the office

Psych Blossom is looking for licensed clinicians who fit our niche. We offer W2 employment. Currently, we are accepting applications for:
–A LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist who has a current Florida License with at least 4 years of private practice CLINICAL experience. The candidate needs to be able to work 4-8 pm on weekdays and weekends if needed. Priority will be given to those with experience in trauma-based interventions, substance abuse, eating disorders, behavioral addictions, anxiety, and depression. EMDR trained & Spanish speaking preferred.
This is a hybrid position where the clinician would work in our office part of the time and at home part of the time. Part-time employees are required to complete 12 billable sessions per week and Full-time employees are required to complete 25 billable hours per week. Competitive, above-average pay for the Miami area is being offered. Bonuses are given for client retention and are paid every three months.
We offer our therapists beautiful office space, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, monthly clinical supervision, the use of an electronic health record, and opportunities for social outings with colleagues.
