We specialize in supporting young athletes and families dealing with performance pressure, stress, and life challenges, while also providing general mental health services.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality care while giving therapists the flexibility and support they need to focus on clients—not administrative work.
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed therapists in Georgia to join our team as independent contractors. This is a fully remote opportunity with immediate client referrals available.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We Offer
- Consistent client referrals (no marketing required)
- Flexible scheduling (set your own hours)
- Administrative and billing support (handled through Headway)
- Fully remote work environment
- Opportunity for leadership roles as the practice grows
Compensation
- 70/30 split (Therapist/Company)
- Pay every 2 weeks
Compensation is based on number of sessions completed (caseload)
Requirements
- Active Georgia license (LPC or LCSW)
- Ability to provide telehealth services
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Experience working with youth, families, or athletes is preferred but not required.
Multi-state licensure is a plus.
