Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at the Rian Ryelee Foundation. This role is pivotal in delivering therapeutic services to clients, addressing various mental health needs, and contributing to the overall mission of improving community health. The position is based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs.
β’ Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
β’ Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and addiction counseling.
β’ Collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, schools, and families to coordinate holistic care.
β’ Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on behavioral health, life skills, and recovery support.
β’ Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid billing and clinical standards.
Qualifications
β’ Masterβs degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
β’ Current, active Texas licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
β’ At least 1 year of clinical experience in behavioral health or community mental health.
β’ Knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards and familiarity with telehealth best practices.
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Preferred: Experience working with special needs populations, autism spectrum disorders, or underserved youth.
Compensation
β’ Contracted per-session or hourly rate (dependent on experience and credentials)
β’ Administrative support provided β you focus on care, we handle billing
β’ Performance bonuses available as caseload grows
