Licensed Therapist (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT) Psychologist – Telehealth
Bold City Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our growing telehealth practice.
We are not a high-volume, impersonal clinic. Our patients are looking for providers who are engaged, compassionate, and clinically intentional.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to focus on providing meaningful care without the burden of administrative work or building a caseload from scratch.

About the Role
• Provide 100% telehealth psychotherapy services
• Work with a diverse adult patient population
• Develop and maintain goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, EMDR preferred)
• Assign and review therapeutic homework
• Encourage active patient participation in treatment
• Complete timely, insurance-compliant documentation

• Build strong therapeutic relationships quickly
• Are warm, personable, and patient-centered
• Maintain clear professional boundaries
• Use structured, evidence-based approaches (CBT preferred)
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress
• Expect patients to actively engage in therapy
• Avoid unstructured, purely supportive sessions without direction
Qualifications
• Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth preferred)
• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
