• Applied Behavior Analysis: Utilize ABA techniques to modify maladaptive behaviors and support clients in achieving their goals. • Data Analysis and Research: Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment effectiveness, staying up-to-date on best practices in the field. • Holistic Approach: Address gender issues, work with individuals with disabilities, and provide tailored support to ensure that each client receives comprehensive care. Requirements and Qualifications
Essential
Qualifications:
• Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure: Current licensure or certification as a Therapist in accordance with state regulations (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LPC, LMHC, LCPC, PhD, PsyD). • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling. • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Preferred
Qualifications:
• Experience in Crisis Intervention: Previous experience in crisis intervention and working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with Psychopharmacology: Knowledge of psychopharmacology, addiction counseling, and applied behavior analysis. • Supervision for Licensure: For Master's Degree level candidates working towards state licensure, we offer supervision that can be put towards licensure for LCSW and LPC associates.
