What You’ll Do:
Maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for full-time and 20 active clients for part-time, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
What You’ll Need:
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Active CA BBS license (LCSW,PsyDs)
Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A desire to grow within a private clinic organization
