Licensed School Counselor - Virtual

Job Title: Virtual School Counselor – Pennsylvania - MUST have a PA license! Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and professional Virtual School Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to students, collaborate with families and school staff, and help students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges—all from the convenience of your home office. Key Responsibilities: • Provide virtual counseling sessions to students using secure online platforms. • Support students’ academic, career, and social-emotional development. • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success. • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. • Communicate regularly with student case managers and school staff. • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, or a related field. • Must have a PA Counseling License!! • New Graduates are welcome to apply • Minimum of 1 of experience providing counseling or mental health services to children, preferably in a school setting. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff. • Knowledge of social-emotional learning frameworks and strategies for addressing student needs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support the broader school community.
