As a bolt property & casualty sales agent you will:
Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients.
Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines
Responsibilities:
Must work well in a fast-paced team environment
Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
Adapts well to new processes and procedures
Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
Based on experience
Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics
Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and later CST time and 8:00 pm and later EST
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life and Disability Insurance Start first of the month following 30 days from the date of hire
Ability to accrue Paid time off/Sick days in your first year.
