Compensation: $150,000 Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • One year of work experience in real estate • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information About Company IPS Cash is a growing real estate investment company that buys houses for cash in New England.
