WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Transact land and homes, whether single home lots or large parcels, whether not yet built or existing -- working with land owners, builder/developers, investors.
• Training provided
• You will also have access to development deals where you can make additional money.
LOCATION
• This is a remote/field based role
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR/REQUIREMENTS
• Active California Real Estate License
• Lives in Southern California
• Tech-comfortable: CRM tools, digital marketing, lead follow-up platforms
• Personable: Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills

COMPENSATION
Commission Based. Pay estimate: $75,000 - $300,000+ per year
COMMISSION PLANS (CURRENT):
• 010 | CORE: Self‑Generated Business (Homes + Land): 90/10 until $20K annual cap, then 100% commission
• 011 | GROWTH: Self‑Generated Business (Homes + Land) with Mentorship & Leads, As Needed: 85/15 until $20K annual cap, then 95/5 after cap. If leads are requested: compensation is per lead, and per completed transaction is 5% of the split.
• 012 | ELITE: Prodigy‑Provided Leads (Inbound + Assigned Off‑Market Land Opportunities) with Regular Mentorship: 80/20 until $20K annual cap, then 90/10 after cap
