Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in the Columbus Ohio area.
The Licensed Real Estate

Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients, assisting in buying and selling properties, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will support clients throughout the real estate transaction process by conducting property showings, providing market insights, and delivering exceptional customer service. Building and maintaining positive client relationships is a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
• Active Real Estate License
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Strong Sales skills with knowledge of negotiation tactics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using real estate market tools and technologies
• Willingness to learn new strategies and attend mentoring sessions
