The agent will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties, while providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging their expertise in real estate law and market trends. EXPERIENCE - In Order to Join, You Must: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass full background check • Have an Active Tennessee Real Estate license (Or willing to obtain a Tennessee real estate license at your own expense – include licensing timeline) • Knowledge of computer software programs, such as bolthires, Excel, etc. • Be able to work independently and as a team player • Entrepreneur mind-set • Drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility with ambition to succeed • Strong communications skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral clearly and effectively. The ability to build a network of engaged prospects and customers. • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively • Ability to multi-task and take initiative, strong work ethic • Multilingual abilities are a plus, though not required • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse clientele DUTIES - As a Tennessee Properties Real Estate Agent, you will: • Oversee property deals for a seamless transaction and smooth client experience. • Use your expertise to attract new clients and grow Tennessee Properties Real Estate footprint. • Offer in-depth insights on local market, community and market trends and property value. • Assist clients in buying, selling property • Showing properties to potential buyers • Maintain professional standards with all clients and colleagues • Build relationships for life through constant follow up and provide top-tier customer service, fostering long-term client relationships. • Guide buyers and sellers to their ideal property matches. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Market properties through various channels to maximize exposure • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations. • Organize and attend property viewings Compensation Package: 1099 contract Commissions Schedule: Choose your own hours Location: REMOTE – requirement is you have to be able to conduct in-person real estate services within the state of TN so applicant needs to reside in TN or an adjacent state where service needs can be met.
