Requirements


Active real estate license in the state of practice


Demonstrated knowledge of local housing markets and current trends


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-focused


Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing is a plus


Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture


Weekend availability as needed for client meetings and showings



Responsibilities


Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate


Conduct property tours, open houses, and consultations


Prepare and review documents including offers and contracts


Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and follow-ups


Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and client needs


Stay up to date with real estate laws, policies, and best practices


Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and community outreach
