The Opportunity
We’re hiring a small number of licensed real estate agents to work directly on sourcing acquisition opportunities for institutional buyers.
This is a part-time, work-from-home role designed for agents who:
• Want to stay active in real estate
• Are comfortable on the phone
• Are looking to break into higher-level commercial deals
You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging property owners to uncover potential sale opportunities—while our senior team handles the transaction process from there.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound calls to property owners (150 calls/day)
• Identify owners open to selling or exploring options
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to our senior team
• Build a pipeline of off-market deals for institutional clients
Compensation Structure
• $2,000/monthly base
• 20% of total commission on deals you source
Average total commission per deal ~$200,000
Note: This role is structured for long-term upside. Many candidates maintain other income sources during the initial ramp-up period.
