Agents operate as independent contractors while leveraging a platform designed to support both production and long-term career growth.

This model is designed to give agents structure, support, and flexibility:
• 85/15 commission split
• $15,000 cap (declining annually to $10,000)
• $149/month flat fee
• 100% commission after cap
• AI-powered CRM and marketing tools included
• Listing Photos and Sings - Provided Free
• Listing & Agent Billboards - Provided Free
• Healthcare and additional agent benefits
• 401k
• Stock award opportunities
• Additional income opportunities beyond transactions

Responsibilities
• Work with buyers and/or sellers on residential/land and/or commercial deals
• Build and manage your own client pipeline
• Utilize provided tools and systems
• Implement modern marketing strategies
• Operate as an independent business owner
• Maintain a positive "can do" attitude
Qualifications
• Active real estate license (required) in any US state or Canada
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in building a long-term real estate business
Compensation
• Commission-based (1099 independent contractor)
• 85/15 split until cap
• 100% commission after cap
• 0% - .1% transaction fee ($500 cap per transaction)
• Additional income opportunities available
• No cap on earning potential
• Deferred cap available*
