Job Description
We are a New York–based, affirmative and inclusive private practice providing psychotherapy to adults across New York State and New Jersey, and we are built to support clinicians who want to focus on therapy, not referrals, billing, or administrative burden. Our work is grounded in cross-cultural, social justice-informed, and strength-based approaches.
We are seeking seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists interested in a psychotherapy-focused role with high professional autonomy and strong administrative support.
This is a remote (i.e., possibility to do in-person work based on clinical needs), fee-for-service role with practice-provided referrals, clinician-directed schedules, and no minimum session requirements.
This position reflects ongoing clinical needs within the practice.

Compensation
This is a fee-for-service, independent contractor (1099) role, structured to align with New York State standards.
• Flat per-session compensation.
• Onboarding rate during the first 90 days followed by an increased standard rate based on client retention and clinical engagement (i.e., from $80 to $100+ per completed session).
• Clinicians determine their own availability and caseload.
• No minimum session requirements.
• Payments issued biweekly.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy, based on clinician's preferences.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans independently.
• Utilize evidence-based, affirmative, and culturally responsive interventions.
• Maintain timely and appropriate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in a confidential, professional telehealth environment.
Requirements
• Active, unrestricted New York State and/or New Jersey license as a Licensed Psychologist.
• Doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Professional malpractice insurance.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and cultural humility.
• BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, bilingual, and bicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
