BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, our focus is always on quality care for our clients. Our Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to be sure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. We care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore your passions. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities
• One on one patient care
• Flexible scheduling around your availability
• Electronic charting using Cub Hub
• Willingness to Commute Throughout Passaic County
Requirements
• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Completed an Accredited Nursing Program within the Past 12 Months
• Full Time Availability (36+ Hours Weekly Including Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
