About the position
Full Time Home Health LPN
Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Reduce stress and burnout! Provide nursing care where patients want to be ā in the comfort of their own home.
We are recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Visit a variety of clients in their own home, helping them recover from an injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
ā¢ Case manage, develop care plans, and deliver highly skilled care ā including assessments, medication management, wound care, and more
ā¢ Progress your clients from discharge to meeting their goals at home
ā¢ Provide education to the patient and/or their family
Requirements
ā¢ Active and current LPN license
ā¢ One year of clinical experience preferred
ā¢ Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
