PT Position: Contract Physical Therapist (Telehealth + In-Home Visits(Optional) Company: InjuryMD Location: Remote + In-Home (Patient’s Location) — Must Be Licensed in Your State Job Type: 1099 Contractor – Per Visit Compensation About InjuryMD InjuryMD is a national telehealth platform specializing in at-home treatment for auto accident and personal injury patients. We provide a full spectrum of services—medical evaluations, physical therapy, prescription support, and DME delivery—under one coordinated, compliant model. We are rapidly expanding and seeking licensed Physical Therapists to help us serve patients in every state. What We Offer • Flexible, contract-based work—see patients when and where you want • At-home and/or remote telehealth visits • Attorney-referred patients from our partner network • Access to InjuryMD’s HIPAA-compliant systems and care coordination team • Great opportunity to supplement your existing income • No billing, no marketing, no chasing down paperwork—we handle it all • Ability to grow into larger, more consistent caseloads based on performance and availability Key Responsibilities • Perform remote or in-home PT evaluations and treatments • Document all patient encounters using InjuryMD’s documentation tools • Work with our internal medical team, case managers, and attorneys as needed • Coordinate treatment schedules based on patient needs and availability Requirements • Active state license in Physical Therapy (multiple licenses a plus!) • Comfortable using video conferencing and telehealth platforms • Willing to travel locally for at-home visits (if applicable) • Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant environment for remote sessions • Strong communication skills and empathy for injury patients • Must be open to 1099 contract work; this is not a salaried position Bonus If You Have: • Existing home health or mobile PT practice • Prior experience with PI, workers’ comp, or auto injury patients • Multiple state licenses • Spanish-speaking abilities Apply Now We’re onboarding providers now and anticipate significant patient volume in Q4 and Q1.
