About the Role We are currently offering virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line, providing exceptional customer service that reflects our company's purpose and values. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing superb customer service skills to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner, showcasing your ability to work effectively in a team environment. Uphold our goals of delivery through the execution of customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is reflective of our company's purpose and values. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date. Essential Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science. Preferred Qualifications: Call Center experience, with a focus on excellence in service delivery and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. Bilingual Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language.
