Licensed Outpatient Therapist - Flexible Scheduling & Supportive Team Environment

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team, providing therapy both in-office and virtually. In this full-time position, you will typically manage a caseload of around 30 client sessions per week. Recognizing that building a solid client base takes time, we also offer flexible part-time options to help you transition smoothly. We are committed to equipping you... with the best tools and support for your clinical work. Our office space is newly renovated and includes a play/art room, a group therapy room, and robust administrative support.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions in 50-60 minute blocks.
• Perform client assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress notes.
• Contribute ideas on effective strategies, techniques, and services to enhance client care.
• Play a key role in the growth and development of our practice!

Qualifications & Skills
• Licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience with play therapy, family therapy, and child therapy, including various treatment models and methods.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations.
